Equity Management
We manage an Investors equity if they buy into an equity project. We also bring together potential investors and partners with property owners in Thailand. Equity sharing is basically a form of partnership for the purpose of owning real estate. Everyone wins in an equity sharing agreement from the investor to the buyer, the lender, the builder and the realtor. That's the nice thing about equity sharing and management. The Investor can make an investment with good leverage and limited risk and enjoy a good appreciation at the end of the equity sharing period. The Partner shares in the appreciation and the profits and is usually the active partner who runs the daily operations. The Seller wins because he is able to turn some of his equity into cash without selling the whole property. |
